Will Bishop and Bart Bacigalupi from Phelps Dunbar will be hosting a Fundraising and CARES Act Workshop this Tuesday, April 7th from 11 am - 1 pm CT. 

This interactive webinar will provide a description of various financing vehicles, traps to avoid, things to consider, and key negotiating points from the company side. Plus it will provide an opportunity to ask questions about the CARES Act and new PPP. 

Even if you are not currently raising a VC or Angel round this will be a great learning opportunity and help answer your questions on the current situation and the stimulus package. The roughly 45-minute presentation will be followed by about an hour of Q&A.

Will has a background in finance and supports clients in a broad range of transactional matters including, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, private placements. 

Bart is a real estate lawyer and focused on the commercial side including capital finance deals, service contracts, employment contracts. He is Phelps’ CARES Act guru and can help answer questions your facing regarding PPP.
