Demo Day 2024, presented by Silicon Valley Bank, marks the culmination of The Idea Village's four-month VILLAGEx accelerator for high-growth startups. Through VILLAGEx, founders gain access to tools and resources, work diligently with mentors, and more. VILLAGEx equips these companies to scale and get ready to take on venture-scale investment capital. Demo Day invites business leaders, investors, startup ecosystem partners, and aspiring entrepreneurs to come together and witness the region’s top emerging startups.

WHAT to EXPECT?
Strategically planned to coincide with Jazz Fest, this year’s Demo Day will be a morning/brunch event on Thursday, April 25th. Expect high-energy pitches, a lively DJ, networking opportunities, mimosas, a light breakfast, and more.
Top founders in the VILLAGEx 2024 cohort will pitch their companies live on The Broadside stage, representing diverse industries spanning Software as a Service (SaaS), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), EdTech, HardTech, and more. See all companies in the VILLAGEx 2024 cohort below.

Demo Day 2024 is free and open to the public!
WHEN & WHERE IS DEMO DAY?
Demo Day 2024 will kick off bright and early at The Broadside, an outdoor music venue in the Mid-City neighborhood of New Orleans, on Thursday, April 25th.
Doors open at 10 a.m., with the pitch showcase starting promptly at 10:30 a.m. Seating, drinks, and food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis…so we encourage you to arrive early!
The venue has limited parking spots, so ride-sharing is highly recommended. Plan your arrival ahead of time to account for Jazz Fest traffic. A limited # of seats on free shuttles will be available to Jazz Fest post-event!
